For 6 kg of saturated steam containing 1-5% hydrochloric acid, what materials are suitable for the steam valves and pipes? Temperature 160 degrees
It’s really hard to choose here. The titanium content is fine, but the temperature performance isn’t good; as a last resort, a steel-lined PTFE option can be used.
Resistant to pressure, temperature, and corrosion; only steel-lined PTFE will do
Is the steam salty? It doesn’t conform to physics
What kind of process requires such harsh conditions? Could the original poster reveal that?

The modified tetrafluoride can handle temperatures of 200 degrees without issue
