Can the condensate from the 4-6kg saturated steam steam drum flow upward through the pipe rack to the condensate receiver tank? Is the pressure sufficient? There’s basically no pressure in the condensate receiver tank, right?
If the pressure difference is sufficient, it can be transported. The main problem is that the condensate often contains steam, and as the pressure decreases, more steam will continue to flash out, which can lead to water hammer
If the condensate is supercooled, there should be no major problem
A pressure of 4-6 barg is acceptable; if low-pressure steam is also needed, it is recommended to install a flash tank to produce steam at 2-3 barg for reuse. The condensate tank collects hot water at 80 degrees; it can be used for heat tracing, to replenish water in the water cooling tower, and for cleaning the floor.

For open tanks, a static head of no more than 40 meters is sufficient, but care must be taken with the location of the outlet pipe to avoid significant water hammer and flash vapor
Which pipe outlet does the position of the outlet pipe refer to?
Calculate the back pressure behind the steam trap; if the condensate tank is at atmospheric pressure, this back pressure is equivalent to the pipeline resistance behind the steam trap. When providing the steam trap data sheet, this back pressure is included.
If there are issues with valve control, it’s not a big problem
