Reasons why a cam pump does not deliver fluid

The inlet location and piping of the original cam pump have been modified. The cam pump was originally located on the south side of the tank, with its inlet also on the south side; now the inlet has been moved to the north side of the tank, increasing the distance by nearly 10 meters. After the modification, the pump does not deliver any flow – could it be that the inlet piping is too long?
First, check for any leaks – examine the flange surfaces of the pipelines, the pump body, as well as the rotor inside. Eliminate these issues first; if there is no way for air to continue to enter, then no flow will occur at all
