It’s simple: the spray tower is used to absorb the high-pressure exhaust gas from the tank, while the water seal tank serves to prevent air from entering the tank when there is negative pressure.
When feeding the tank, venting is carried out at the top of the tank; the water seal tank cannot be vented directly into the air, and the exhaust gas must first be treated in a spray tower before being released. When the storage tank is discharged, the pressure inside the tank decreases, and air needs to be added; external air enters the tank after passing through the liquid level in the water seal tank.
