How can one’s heart always remain in a state of tranquility and non-action, free from desires and ambitions, and peaceful and serene, just like in Taoism?
There should be factors such as environmental requirements, physiological deficiencies leading to psychological abnormalities in health, which might help achieve such a state. Also, in Taoism, there isn’t necessarily such a true state; the inner state could be anything at all – it’s just an appearance. Read more books to understand the world; one needs not only good physical health but also mental health. Do not envy those idle people who get things without working; for reference only.
