Are there any colleagues or users who have worked with syngas compressors? Can nitrogen or other gases be used for surge testing, and can the resulting curves be applied to syngas?

And this doesn’t require experiments; it can be detected by listening to the sound during production. Because there is a time lag between entering the surge zone and the onset of surge, the initial formation can be detected by sound. As long as it’s not sudden, adjustments can be made in advance to prevent surge. Furthermore, conducting experiments using nitrogen is not accurate due to the difference in density between it and actual media, so it is not a viable option. For reference.
