The reporter learned from the Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission that Hainan is actively promoting the development and construction of offshore wind power projects. Recently, the 1.2 million kilowatt offshore wind project in Danzhou undertaken by Datang Hainan Energy Development Co., Ltd., as well as the Sheneng Hainan CZ2 offshore wind demonstration project, were approved one after another. 　　It is reported that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Hainan will intensify its efforts in developing offshore wind power, focusing on 11 sites in the northwest of Lingao, the northwest of Danzhou, the west of Dongfang, the east and west of Lele, and the southeast of Wanning, with a total development capacity of around 12.3 million kilowatts. To date, Hainan has identified a total of 6 demonstration and testing projects for offshore wind power, with a total investment of around 96.8 billion yuan ； There are a total of 3 equipment manufacturing projects associated with offshore wind power projects, with a total investment of around 16.5 billion yuan. 　　Currently, several wind power companies have entered Hainan to seize the offshore wind power market.
