An electromagnetic flowmeter is an instrument that utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to measure the flow rate of conductive fluids, based on the electromotive force generated when such fluids pass through an external magnetic field. Typically, the enclosure protection of electromagnetic flowmeters is at the IP68 level (the immersion grade specified by GB 4208), and the installation location must meet the following requirements. 1) When measuring mixed-phase fluids, choose a location that will not cause phase separation ; When measuring two-component liquids, Jingbo Cloud Commerce avoids filling it at the downstream stage where mixing has not yet been uniform ; When measuring chemical reaction pipes, it should be installed downstream of the section where the reaction is fully completed ; 2) Avoid creating a negative pressure inside the measurement tube as much as possible ; 3) Choose a location with minimal vibration, especially for integrated instruments ; 4) Avoid having large motors, large transformers, etc., in the vicinity to prevent electromagnetic interference ; 5) Locations where it is easy to implement separate grounding for sensors ; 6) Try to avoid areas with high concentrations of corrosive gases in the surrounding environment ; 7) The ambient temperature ranges from –25 to 600°C; for the all-in-one structure, the temperature is also limited by electronic components, resulting in a narrower range ; 8) Avoid direct sunlight as much as possible.
