Seeking help with WBS decomposition for petrochemical projects

Do any experts have a WBS breakdown for petrochemical construction projects? I’m working on a project schedule. The Zebra Progress software is being used. But they are all templates for civil engineering and building construction. In chemical engineering projects, the excessive detailed division into individual works, sub-works, and further sub-items leads to a chaotic logical relationship between specialties such as electrical and instrumentation systems and the installation of piping equipment. Even when organizing things into sections, it’s not possible to show the interconnections and logical relationships between different specialties. It’s mainly not a software issue; P6 and project management ultimately revolve around schedule control. It’s related to the construction management and project management of petrochemical projects. I want to create a WBS breakdown and then develop a network plan, so that materials and cost inflows and outflows can be broken down according to various components. The overall plan is too vague; once it is broken down into individual tasks, the logical relationships between these tasks are not as simple as in civil engineering projects. In most cases, a task can only start after all its prerequisite tasks have been completed, which often results in many tasks having several prerequisites each. So I want a template to see how other petrochemical projects create their network plans.
