In a pressurized tank, with a water temperature of 195°C and continuous loss of water, evaporation occurs throughout the process; so how is the water temperature calculated at any given moment after water has evaporated?
It is necessary to know the amount of evaporation, or in other words, the evaporation rate. The latent heat of evaporation comes from water, and the heat required for evaporation equals the heat lost as the water cools down
