What are the requirements for the distance between the crane position and the pump?

According to paragraph 4 of clause 6.4.2 of the petrochemical regulations, the fire separation distance between the loading/unloading crane positions and the centrally located pumps should be no less than 8 meters. In the design drawings for the facility, the two pumps are placed on the unloading impact pads, and the distance between them and the crane pipes meets the 8-meter requirement. However, after checking, it turns out that the term \"crane position\" refers to the parking space, meaning the distance from those positions to the pumps is quite small. I’m not sure what’s going on here
