Process route for sodium methoxide: There are mainly two methods for preparing sodium methoxide: the hydration method – in which sodium hydroxide and methanol are heated to a certain temperature, resulting in the formation of sodium methoxide. Heating method: Methanol and sodium hydroxide are heated while an inert gas is introduced; this reaction produces sodium methoxide. Both methods require subsequent processes such as separation, refining, and purification of the reaction products to obtain sodium methoxide with a relatively high purity. The process package and route for methanol protein: Methanol protein is obtained by introducing specific genes into hosts such as Escherichia coli through genetic engineering techniques, and then utilizing the host’s metabolic mechanisms to synthesize proteins. The process mainly involves steps such as introducing genes into the host, culturing the host cells, protein synthesis, and isolation/purification.
