Recently, the second public notice regarding the environmental impact assessment for the **Second Phase of the Innovation Capacity Building Project for the Advanced Polymer Materials Industry Innovation Center was released. This innovation center was established under the leadership of Jinfa Technology, and is operated by Guogaozai Polymer Materials Industry Innovation Center Co., Ltd.; it aims to create a new type of innovation consortium in the polymer materials industry. Project Details:
1. This expansion builds upon the public laboratories located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the existing Project 2# R&D building; it includes a laboratory for green polymer recycling, a laboratory for optoelectronic polymers, a laboratory for specialty rubbers, and laboratories for fine chemical research. The total additional testing capacity is 630 tests per year ； 2. Relying on the dedicated laboratory on the 3rd floor of Building 2# for research (reserved), a research laboratory for high-performance polyolefins will be established, with 200 additional research tests on high-performance polyolefins to be conducted per year ； 3. Relying on the dedicated laboratories on floors 6 and 7 of Building 3# for research, there are laboratories for PEK-C synthesis research, reactive polyphenylene ether PPE synthesis research, TLCP synthesis research, PI synthesis research, and marine materials synthesis research; the total additional testing capacity is 500 tests per year ； 4. Utilize floors 1–3 of Building No. 4 for pilot production, to manufacture a special resin for TLCP films at a rate of 200 tons per year, as well as TLCP fibers at a rate of 550 tons per year.
