During the bidding process, what situations do you encounter that can easily lead to disqualification or loss of points? The more complete, the better
The bid document is not sealed； The bid opening time was not reached on time ； The certification documents of the authorized bidders are invalid ； The project manager is either not present or fails to provide professional answers when they are there ； Deviation from the tender documents.....
It does not match the personality of the senior executives responsible for review at Party A. Party B is too professional and too rigid, which prevents the naive ideas put forward by Party A’s senior management from being realized.
