Is there a valve that only allows gases to pass through while preventing liquids from escaping? ?
The body of the composite exhaust valve is barrel-shaped, and its internal components include a stainless steel ball, a valve stem, and a valve disc. This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the water supply lines, and it is used to remove air that accumulates within the pipes, thereby improving the efficiency of the pipelines and the pump. When negative pressure occurs in the pipes, this valve quickly draws in external air to prevent the pipes from being damaged due to that negative pressure. When water begins to flow into the pipe, the valve disc is in the open position, allowing for extensive air expulsion. Once all the air has been removed, the valve is filled with water; the float rises and causes the valve disc to close, thereby stopping the air expulsion. When water is flowing normally through the pipe, if a small amount of air accumulates inside the valve to a certain extent, the water level inside the valve drops, and the float drops as well. At this point, the air is expelled through the small holes. When the water pump stops, the water flow in the pipe is exhausted or a negative pressure is created within the pipe; at this point, the plug opens rapidly to draw in air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
