I want to conduct a second concentration and filtration of the filtered mycelium, in order to concentrate the solids as much as possible. I’ve heard of disc spiral membranes, but their performance seems average; are there any better alternatives? Please advise. . . . .

You can choose the most suitable type of drying equipment based on your specific requirements (such as production volume, investment budget, product quality standards, etc.). Thank you for your suggestion. We have over 20 tons of mycelium, and it doesn’t generate much economic benefit; it’s just for ease of storage.
