Two technologies from Sinopec Dalian Research Institute recognized Recently, two technologies developed by Sinopec (Dalian) Petrochemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. were included in the list of advanced energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies for the refining industry published by the National Energy Administration. Among them, the key technologies for energy saving and long-term stable operation of amine-based desulfurization systems have led to the development of an energy-saving technology framework suitable for amine-based desulfurization systems of various scales and types. These technologies address the common issues encountered in the operation of such systems, including amine degradation, foaming, corrosion, and high energy consumption, thereby enabling long-term, efficient, and stable operation of the amine-based systems. Hydrogen resource optimization technologies address the needs for efficient management of hydrogen resources by integrating the development of hydrogen network modeling techniques, a tripartite optimization approach involving hydrogen, light hydrocarbons, and fuels, as well as online intelligent optimization platforms. These technologies form an integrated hydrogen recycling system that encompasses systems, devices, end-point recovery, and pipeline operations. They also enable automated forecasting and flexible optimization of hydrogen systems, thereby achieving multi-dimensional energy savings in the use of hydrogen resources.
