Guys, during the project design process, how do you keep track of the project milestones and schedules? How can we effectively avoid constant changes from the client side? (Some adjustments are normal, as no project is finalized in just one go; but repeated changes are not normal, right?)； Given the current market conditions, most projects are contracted at low prices; if the design process takes too long, not much work can be completed in a year.
See how your leader is. It shouldn’t be someone who acts like a lackey; such people usually fight on behalf of the owners. If it’s a lackey type, then there’s nothing that can be done
1. Improve one’s own design skills by using 3D design to reduce the rate of design errors； 2. Carefully organize stage-based design reviews, such as 30%, 60%, 90% reviews and HAZOP reviews, as well as construction drawing reviews, with the review records documented in minutes ； 3. Version management of design drawings ； 4. Set a deadline for design changes ； 5. Communication and coordination.
On the agreed date, if changes are requested, they must be made
