“The reaction temperature and pressure are normal, and the degassing rate is normal. ”As of May 18, the VAE (vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion) production unit at Chuanwei Chemical has been operating safely and stably for 30 days after using domestically produced processing aids, said Liu Hongtao, an employee from the emulsion operation department, while checking the unit’s performance.   Xiao Changfa, the person in charge of VAE production at Chuanwei Chemical, said, “For many years, the production of additives for VAE plants has relied on imported raw materials.” In recent years, the quality of domestically produced production aids has been continuously improving. We have organized efforts to replace them with such domestically produced aids, and the results have been good. ”   Recently, Chuanwei Chemical has started testing domestic production aids for the VAE plant, in order to verify their suitability and stability, and to optimize their performance by adjusting the process parameters. Tests have shown that the environmental performance indicators of products manufactured using domestic additives are superior to the latest **standards.   Next, Chuanwei Chemical will continue to work toward ensuring self-sufficiency in key auxiliary materials, improving the environmental-friendly quality of its products, and meeting the diverse performance requirements for VAE in various industries.
