Sometimes there are two liquid level gauges in the storage tank that will alarm high, and sometimes there will be one high alarm and one low alarm. Why is this like this? What a design concept! Welcome to discuss with each other

GB50074-2014 Article 15.1.4: The liquid level measuring instrument used for the high and low liquid level alarm signals of the storage tank should use a separate continuous liquid level measuring instrument or liquid level switch, and alarms and interlocks should be set in the automatic control system.
For pressure vessel liquid level measurement, if two remote liquid level gauges are installed and there is no local liquid level gauge, is it non-compliant according to this requirement?
