According to data from the Tianyancha app, China Petroleum (601857) has newly obtained an invention patent grant. The title of the patent is “A Hot Air Distribution Device, Spray Drying Tower, and Their Applications”; the patent application number is CN202111665346.X, and the grant date is August 8, 2025. Patent abstract: The present invention proposes a hot air distribution device, a spray drying tower, and their applications. Therein, at the corresponding positions of the first turbulence plate, the second turbulence plate, the uniformity plate, and the distribution plate, which are arranged in sequence along the first specified direction in the hot air distribution device, there is at least one through hole allowing the atomization sleeve of the atomizer to pass through ； The projections of the spoiler blades of the first spoiler and the second spoiler in the direction perpendicular to the first specified direction are arranged in a mutually perpendicular and interlaced pattern ； The uniform distribution plate includes a first densely perforated area with openings that are all first vertical through-holes, and a first sparsely perforated area ； The distribution plate includes a second densely perforated area with obliquely shaped through-holes, and a second sparsely perforated area with second vertically shaped through-holes, wherein the orientation of the obliquely shaped through-holes is toward the center line of the through-hole. By achieving a balance between uniform airflow and concentrated airflow distribution, inclined through-holes are provided on the distribution plate, which significantly increases the drying rate of liquid droplets, reduces the sticking of material particles to the walls, and improves the yield of the final product. Since the beginning of this year, China National Petroleum Corporation has obtained 757 new patent approvals, a decrease of 49.4% compared to the same period last year. Based on the financial data from the company’s 2024 annual report, the company invested 23.014 billion yuan in research and development in 2024, a 4.77% increase compared to the previous year.
