High-pressure and low-pressure flash tanks, along with a degassing chamber system, are also part of this layout. There is also a system for recovering and compressing propylene gas, powder transfer pipelines, and a nitrogen purging system. All these elements are connected to the polymerization area over short distances, and their multi-layered framed arrangement facilitates gravity-based material transport. Double-screw extruders, underwater granulation systems, vibrating screens, and centrifugal dehydrators are also included in this layout. An additive mixing system is present, along with pneumatic pipelines that carry the granules to the finished product storage bins. The factory building is semi-enclosed, with maintenance access passages of at least 2 meters wide. There are multiple large storage bins for finished products, automatic packaging lines, palletizing robots, and forklift operation areas; the distance between these areas and the production facility is at least 15 meters. The finished product warehouses are designed to meet secondary fire resistance standards. There are also loading platforms for trucks and trains, along with well-planned material flow routes. Circulating water stations, power distribution rooms, instrument air stations, and nitrogen stations are also included in this layout. The propylene raw material storage area is located at a distance of at least 25 meters from the production facility. There is also a flare system, control rooms with explosion-proof design (pressure resistance of at least 69 kPa), and operation rooms. Fire ponds and pump rooms, as well as emergency response facilities, are also part of this setup
