Does anyone have the process design for an annual production of 600,000 tons of coal-based methanol? It doesn’t need to be too detailed; a general outline of the process flow is sufficient

Do you need a flowchart or a description of the process?
Process description: It is advisable to have an energy material balance
Gasification – Shift – Low-temperature methanol washing (chiller) – Synthesis – Distillation. Water-coal slurry gasifier, (2 gasifiers for water-coal slurry, with a coal feeding capacity of 1250)
Since material balance has been done, a detailed design is then required. This already involves mass transfer.
