When comparing Emerson’s fork-type density meters with E+H’s density meters of the liquid mass flow meter type, what are their price ranges? What is the difference between measurement medium requirements and accuracy?
What is the caliber? What medium is being measured? What is your precision requirement? Your output and power supply?
Let’s compare based on DN40 and the herbal extract as the medium: 4-20mA, 24VDC

A fork-type density meter, together with a calculator and a mass flow meter with a 50-mm diameter, is used to measure density; their prices are roughly similar. The fork-type density meter is not suitable for installation in pipelines, as it is more appropriate for measuring the density of stationary fluids in storage tanks, while the mass flow meter is well-suited for use in pipelines where fluid is flowing. Both require temperature compensation, and mass flow meters often come equipped with this feature; therefore, I personally prefer to use mass flow meters for measuring density

Choose different products depending on the operating conditions. Mass flow meters can measure both mass flow rate and density, while density meters can only measure density. It depends on the customer’s requirements at the site; if only density measurement is needed, then a density meter will suffice. The density values obtained by differential pressure densitometers and mass flow meters differ significantly from the actual density. Indeed, foreign-made online densitometers are expensive; domestic online densitometers (available for mounting via clamps or flanges) can be considered, as they enable real-time measurement and transmission of fluid density and temperature data.
