Requirements for the control room floor

I would like to ask whether the floor in the control room operation area must be anti-static. Chemical industry standards require this, but power plant design standards do not mention it. So, in industries without specific standards, is it possible to overlook the need for anti-static properties?
Electrostatic flooring must be used, and electrostatic bonding is required
