Two questions: 1. I have a Promass 80F15; can it be used to measure gases? I checked online and found that its flow rate ranges from 0 to 1.3 tons per hour. I would like to ask whether it is possible to measure gas flows with a maximum flow rate of 3 kilograms per hour If that doesn’t work, are there any suitable flow meters you can recommend? The ones we use currently are of the float type; they often get stuck and need to be cleaned, which is very troublesome. Moreover, their measurement accuracy isn’t reliable! Note: The flow meter is installed outdoors, with temperature differences ranging from -30 degrees to 30 degrees. 2. There is a PROMASS 80F40 unit, but its diameter is DN25; according to the official website, it should have a DN40 diameter. 1. The 1.80F15 model is clearly not suitable for measuring gas at a flow rate of 3 KG/H – its diameter is too large. To measure gas at this flow rate, one must use either the 80A or 83A model, with diameters of DN1 or DN2 respectively. 2. Please provide a complete model specification; indeed, E+H offers some models indicated with one diameter value, but the actual diameter is almost twice as large. This is obviously too large, but as for exactly how small the aperture needs to be, it’s recommended that you have the manufacturer measure it for you; using your current measurement methods could result in a very large error……
