Pump operation feedback signal: The pump on site has stopped, the MCC dry contact is disconnected, and the relay light has not gone completely out; it is glowing faintly. There is still an induced voltage of over 100 volts on the coil side; the relay operates at 220VAC, and the induced voltage is just sufficient to drive the relay coil. How to eliminate it? Otherwise, if the pump on site stops, the DCS display will still show it as being in operation, because a signal indicating that the relay is closed is indeed received.

UseABB relays; filter components such as resistors and capacitors can be connected to their bases, which yields the best results
I encountered a situation where swapping the neutral and live wires resolved the issue. If it’s convenient, I think the method on the 3rd floor works too – add bulbs at both ends of the relay to consume the induced electricity; give it a try. The method on the 6th floor is probably the best, as it resolves the issue completely; this phenomenon might be caused by a leaking capacitor.

First, you need to find out where the induced electricity comes from. If it is in the same conduit as the 220V electrical cables, it’s best to rewire them so that they run in separate conduits. If the wiring is done properly, the source might be the motor junction box; in that case, the cable’s shielding wire can be grounded. If that doesn’t work, then a bypass capacitor can be used
