Selection of the CV value

Is the CV value selected for the control valve above correct? Based on the calculated CV value, is there an issue with the conditions set?
In some valve data sheets, the CV value chosen is usually around twice the normal CV value; such a large difference raises doubts.
The poster should explain the actual meaning of CV. If the CV value is 1, the valve is fully open, the pressure difference before and after the valve is 1 kg, and the medium is water, then the flow rate at this time is 1 ton per hour.
There’s a problem – I forgot to include the decimal points, resulting in a value that is about 1.5 to 3 times the maximum CV value. It needs to be recalculated; the normal flow rate should be around 50 to 75:lol
The chosen CV value is really disappointing; after all, there’s a difference of over 5,000 times… What’s that even worth?……
The manufacturer replied that it’s because this is a on/off valve, and on/off valves presumably require a CV value; I’m drunk
