Test of coil temperature under continuous operation of solenoids: It mainly involves testing whether the coil temperature exceeds 50 degrees when the solenoid operates continuously for 48 hours. One normally open solenoid and one normally closed solenoid are tested in this process

There are not many manufacturers left that can conduct thorough testing.
As long as it can hold up for 24 hours, that’s fine. The solenoid valves I bought here become hot to the touch after being in use for just over 2 hours; if used for an even longer period, their magnetic properties are lost entirely. They are powered by 220V
Then it’s the cheap version you bought – it leaves the factory without being tested
Over 800, a valve of 25, made of PP
I tested it here: a coreless version burned out after 20 minutes at 220V
I don’t understand this – don’t electromagnetic valves that remain charged need to be replaced frequently? That’s impossible! ! !

The test results are in, and they meet the requirements: the coil temperature does not exceed 50 degrees after 48 hours of continuous operation. One normally open type and one normally closed type. Indoor temperature: between 18 degrees and 20 degrees. The test results are shown in the image below. Tests were conducted using both AC220 and DC24V voltages
Those powered by 220V won’t last long, while those powered by 24V can last much longer
