Operation station connection failure

The plants here use systems provided by Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong. After reinstalling the system and monitoring software on one of the operation stations (using the discs provided by Zhongkong), that station is able to perform monitoring functions; however, it keeps showing an error indicating a connection issue with the control station
Check the network connection of the control network, IP address, etc
It must be that the configuration somewhere is incorrect.
If possible, take a screenshot and send it over for me to see.
The problem has been resolved; it was caused by the lack of many drivers in the installed system, which prevented many background services from starting
