The ZT5610C fully automatic hydraulic calibrator is used, in accordance with the latest calibration regulations, to perform full-automatic calibration of various pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, digital pressure meters, electric contact pressure gauges, pressure controllers, pressure transmitters, and pressure sensors. This instrument includes a pressure source ( CNC hydraulic system ), digital pressure sensors, an image processing system, calibration software, a computer, and a printer, among other components. The ZT5610C fully automatic hydraulic calibrator uses a numerically controlled pressure source to apply pressure automatically; it obtains standard pressure values through high-precision digital pressure sensors, utilizes a computer-based imaging system to read the values displayed on the pressure gauges, and calculates various error values in accordance with the relevant calibration regulations for pressure instruments, thereby arriving at a calibration conclusion. Upon receiving the “start calibration” command, the computer sends a calibration command to the CNC pressure source; the CNC system precisely controls the pressure until it reaches the desired level, after which it transmits the standard pressure value to the computer. The computer then uses an image processing system to capture and identify the readings on the pressure gauge. An electrically controlled tapping mechanism is used to simulate human hand tapping on the gauge (as required by the procedures), and the reading of the gauge is identified once again. The results of these identifications are compared with the standard pressure values from high-precision pressure sensors, thereby calculating the various errors in the readings of the pressure gauge. II. Software Functions 1. Fully automatic calibration of common pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, digital pressure meters, electric contact pressure gauges, pressure controllers, pressure transmitters, pressure sensors, etc., in accordance with the latest **calibration regulations ; 2. It has a semi-automatic calibration function, which is used to calibrate pressure gauges whose dials or scale lines are significantly damaged ; 3. Automatically process calibration data and make judgments ; 4. It can display and print historical records, including tables of error data for the calibration points, various indication error values required to be measured according to the regulations, as well as the calibration results determined based on those regulations ; 5. Inspection records can be searched and managed by device type, manufacturer, serial number, inspector, submitting unit, equipment number, inspection date, and expiration date ; 6. Multiple records can be selected from the database to print inspection records or inspection certificates in batches ; 7. The inspection records can be exported to a Word document.
