When performing automatic calibration on the valve, an error message stating “Insufficient travel” appears and the calibration fails. How can this be resolved?
The travel distance is insufficient; check the actual travel of the valve. The most likely cause is an incorrect installation of the feedback mechanism
Is it a straight-stroke valve? The DVC6200 straight-stroke magnetic strip is available in two specifications; it’s possible that you installed the short-stroke version on a valve designed for long-stroke operation. Additionally, it’s possible that the relative position of the magnetic strip and the actuator itself is not appropriate
