It depends on the level of vacuum; generally, laboratories don’t have the capability to handle very high vacuum levels, so high-vacuum gauges are usually sent out for repair. I’ve repaired a batch of gauge pressure transmitters, but their accuracy wasn’t high after repair. It depends on your application requirements and the tolerance you’re willing to accept
It seems that the gauge cannot measure a vacuum level that meets the requirements
If this device is used on-site, it can be reset to its factory settings directly; there is no way to calibrate it on one’s own
To calibrate such pressure gauges, a vacuum pump is required; without it, calibration is not possible.

According to the measurement standards, the calibration equipment must be several times more precise than the device being calibrated. Rosemount offers very high precision; it’s likely that the precision of your equipment is even lower than that of these instruments, so calibration in such cases is meaningless
