Can the soft seal of the butterfly valve seat be replaced if it’s damaged?

We have a butterfly valve on site with a PTFE lining; currently the valve cannot be closed properly, and it is suspected that the sealing surface is worn out； I don’t want to purchase the entire valve seat; can the soft-seal gas seal surface be replaced separately?
Ask the manufacturer specifically; generally, soft seals can be replaced.
Same question: is it a butterfly valve with a rubber-lined seat? Can it be replaced?
If a valve with a lining does not close properly, it is very likely that the lining has been deformed. Check the valve structure drawings as soon as possible; it seems that just replacing the seal strip won’t be sufficient.
I’ve used plastic-lined butterfly control valves before, with PTFE lining. The manufacturer said it’s possible to replace it, but it has to be sent back to the factory for processing~~~~~~ It’s best to ask the manufacturer first

It’s very troublesome to replace it by oneself. Besides, rubber-lined centerline butterfly valves are quite cheap; it’s better to spend that time on purchasing a new one instead
The key feature of this type of valve is its lining; it may not be possible to get it working properly by replacing it oneself, so it’s better to buy a new one
