A float level gauge consists of a float, a rod, and other components. The float level gauge is installed on the top of the container via connection flanges. The float remains at the surface of the liquid based on principles such as equal displacement of liquid volume; as the liquid level in the container changes, the float moves up and down accordingly. Due to magnetic effects, the reed switches in the float level gauge are magnetically attracted, converting changes in the liquid level into electrical signals. These signals are then used by display instruments to show the actual level of the liquid, thereby enabling remote detection and control of the liquid level. A float level gauge is an instrument used to measure the density of a liquid, based on the principle of equilibrium of an object in a liquid. The instrument is marked with scales that indicate the volume submerged in the liquid; the density of the liquid can be determined when the buoyant force of the instrument balances its weight.
