After removing the watch, it shows zero! Then there are fluctuations again after installation! It’s an empty pipeline now! Help! ! The problem isn’t solved yet! ! !
Does the pipeline vibrate? Vibration can cause fluctuations in flow rate!
The vibration of pipe 3# is not very severe!
We have also encountered this situation, where we simply replaced the board
Is the grounding of the vortex flow meter proper? Are there any electromagnetic interferences in the vicinity? ! !
If there is vibration in the pipeline, small-signal rejection can be implemented without affecting its operation. There is an option for seismic resistance in the parameter settings, which can increase the seismic resistance coefficient. You can contact me for details; we also produce vortex flowmeters.
The pipeline may vibrate; when actual fluid is passed through it, it should function normally at high flow rates, and it can be left to flow on its own when not in use.
Try reducing the magnification factor or sensitivity of the amplification board~~ Also, make sure there is no strong electrical interference or high-frequency noise in the surrounding area, and that the vibration of the pipes complies with the installation specifications~~
The sensitivity is too high; consult the manufacturer – lowering it should solve the issue.
