There is a one-way valve in use; the computer shows an opening degree of 0, and the feedback value is also 0. However, the on-site locator indicates 100, indicating that the valve is actually in the closed state. Go to the locator settings menu; change P3.2 to CLOCKW (full closure in a clockwise direction). After making this change, the locator displays 0, indicating that the valve is indeed closed. However, the computer shows a feedback value of 100. Go back to the field and reset P3.2 to CTCLOCKW (full closure in a counter-clockwise direction). Then go to P2.3 and invert its setting; as a result, the field display shows 100, meaning the valve is in the open position, but the computer still reports a closure value of 0. Once again, change P3.2 to CLOCKW, and the field display shows 0, with the same value indicated on the display as well, but the computer still reports 100. How can this be adjusted? I would be extremely grateful if experts could help me solve this issue.

The computer setting is 0, and the feedback is also 0; however, the on-site locator shows 100, indicating that it is actually in the closed state. To correct this situation, it is necessary to modify the parameters related to the display on the locator. This is somewhat similar to items 37 and 38 of Siemens’ PS2 series of locators – so it’s worth checking the manual.
Just find the manufacturer; ask them about this as well.
This post was last edited by Dayang on 2017-5-2 21:25. From what you’ve written, it seems that the actual position of the valve does not match the feedback signal. It’s the opposite state. Try P8.2; if I remember correctly, change the feedback option.
