Connection between the internal and external networks of the Alstom S8000

Our company’s two compressors are monitored using the Alstom Chuangweishi S8000 system. Initially, the compressor manufacturer provided free remote monitoring; now that the service period has ended, we want to use computers in offices located on different network segments to connect to the S8000 system (which is already connected to the network) in order to view and analyze parameters such as the shaft parameters, spectra, and shaft trajectory of the compressors. However, this server does not have a monitor, and we do not know its IP address； May I ask how to obtain its data over the public internet, other than by adding a monitor to view the IP address?
Alstom was acquired by GE, and it seems that Chuangweishi no longer exists either; the strongwish.com website also cannot be accessed.
Is there an Engineering Master tool for repair videos? It usually comes with IP scanning software that can detect IP addresses. Be careful; servers usually have a login password, and it’s impossible to log in to the server without it. Unless you find someone to crack the password

Without the \"Project Treasure\", I connected a monitor to the server to conduct a check, and it turned out that there was a problem with the network. We are in contact with the department responsible for network matters to handle it. The S8000 server and data acquisition are both functioning normally.
