Experts, I’m reaching out for help online. I’m facing a problem: a relay is used to control solenoids on site, and this relay keeps burning out frequently. A 1A fuse strip has been installed in front of the relay; the relay itself can handle 5A of current. Sometimes only the relay burns out, but sometimes several fuses also burn out, or even all of them do. What could be causing this? Connecting it to a 1A fuse with high voltage should theoretically cause it to burn out, but this doesn’t happen in many cases. I’d appreciate some advice from those who know more about this~~! ! !
1. Is it a small signal relay? Why use such a high drive current? What’s the point of that? 2. Perhaps the specifications are inflated, and it cannot ensure long-term operation of the device. Perhaps the test conditions corresponding to the metrics are stringent. And your cooling is poor. 3、..............

Is the solenoid valve DC? If so, connect a diode in reverse parallel; with alternating current, the solenoid may not engage properly, so replace it
Where does the relay burn out? When we say a relay is burned out, it usually refers to the burnout of the relay coil. The relay coil and the solenoid coil are not part of the same circuit. Where is the fuse installed in front of the relay? What are the voltage levels?
