In terms of problem classification, A: Affects pressure testing and commissioning; it must be completed before the mechanical installation is finished ； B: It does not affect pressure testing and commissioning; it must be completed before the mechanical work is finished ； C: General rectification items that can be completed after the machinery is installed, but must be finished before handover ； D: It does not affect airtightness or joint commissioning, and cannot be completed before the handover ； 2. The procedure for confirming the elimination of items is as follows: it is proposed by the person responsible for eliminating the items; after the proposing party verifies that everything is correct on site, they sign to confirm it and indicate the date on which the elimination was carried out ； In cases involving quality issues, it must also be approved through on-site verification by the supervision unit.
