As shown in the figure, the arrows indicate the positions; what does the wire that represents the direct connection between the industrial object and the SCC computer mean? What is its purpose?
I asked the teacher today, and the teacher said that some types of data are numerical in nature, so they can be directly entered into the computer without any need for conversion
My view is similar to your teacher’s: the switch status signals from industrial devices such as pumps and on/off valves should be able to be fed directly into the SCC computer.
