It’s from Korbach, Germany, model DWU-25F401Lt0. Now I’m looking for a domestic alternative with a similar design: a pipeline flange of DN40, equipped with dual switches for setting the lower and upper flow limits – the lower limit flow rate is 30 L/MIN, while the upper limit is 130 L/MIN. Does anyone know which domestic brand offers something similar? Thank you~~:'(
It’s not necessarily necessary to use a flow switch; you can just use a flow meter connected to the control system, right? Alerts and interlocks can still be implemented in that way, can’t they?
Story outline: The equipment was imported, and the project was carried out domestically; then this switch broke, so the foreigner went to buy a new one. As a result, the new one broke. It’s too late for foreigners to buy more time… so I’m asking if there are any available substitutes in China. But after spending a good half day looking into it, it seems that in China, devices are mainly used to output analog signals and pulses. I can’t find the output digital switch. Boss, are there any reliable brand of flowmeters available in China? Looking for recommendations.
For the method on the second floor, what if we make a slight adjustment and install a digital display in the signal circuit? Analog signals are fed into the digital display; alarm points are set within this display. The digital signals corresponding to these alarm points are sent to the control system, and no changes are required in the software part of the control system.
The solution for the 5th floor can be tried out; it’s possible to have the flow meter manufacturer handle the integration, or you can do it yourself.
