I graduated from university and have been in this industry for a year; I’m still a beginner. My workplace is working on an electronic-grade phosphoric acid project, and I’ve been assigned to learn from those who are more experienced. I would appreciate any guidance on where to start – the pipeline connections and instrument installations have been largely completed. I really need advice from those with more experience!!!
First, become familiar with the process technology and construction drawings, as well as the various subsequent tasks of the project.
What is the actual work involved after that? The focus is different, but being familiar with the processes, main equipment, and instruments is fundamental.
I majored in automation of production processes, and after graduation I mainly worked on the maintenance and installation of chemical instrumentation

What major are you studying? Two development paths: 1. Learn about field instruments, and ultimately work in the field ； 2. Studied instrument control, and eventually became a specialist in it. However, with both approaches, one must first start by learning PFD/PID, then become familiar with the measurement principles of each instrument, and master the methods for tuning and calibration. English is the key subject. .
