How should toxic gas detectors be installed in a warehouse?

In a certain area of the warehouse, the items stored there may release toxic gases. Should those toxic gas detectors be installed only within a 2-m radius of this area, or do they need to be installed in other areas as well? (The storage location is a small area in the large room) Should the entire large room be considered a release source?
This would need to be answered by professional designers; safety inspections are quite complicated. We have a warehouse, with just a few placed around it.
Small areas are isolated separately; that is, an independent enclosed area can have only small areas. It isn’t isolated; the entire area needs to be set up
For a more professional answer, a roof through which the poison gas can rise is still necessary
The gas density is calculated for heavy gases, so it does not rise toward the roof.
That is to use the warehouse as a large release source, with arrangements only made in its vicinity
There is no isolation for small areas; if isolation is to be provided throughout the entire area, wouldn’t that mean 2 meters between each one? Then over ten need to be set up
It should be sufficient to set two alarm points. It depends on the size of the room

The room is 5m by 20m, and the source of emission is approximately at the 5m mark along the longer side.
It’s best to place this in a corner of the overall layout.
