Some questions about rotameters

I currently have a gas-metal rotor flow meter, similar to the one shown in the picture. The operating pressure specified during its design was 5 kilograms, but due to changed conditions, the actual operating pressure is now around 1 kilogram. The volume flow rate indicated by it seems to be higher than the actual flow rate. I would like to ask if there is any program available for such rotor flow meters to allow for fine adjustment of their operating pressure
