The manufacturer insisted that the lenses were contaminated by the sample; as per their requirements, the lenses they provided were used for cleaning before the instrument was placed in a container containing clean samples, yet the measured values still differed significantly from the analytical values. The manufacturer says the issue with our test sample (online) lies in the measurement site, and it is not a problem with the instrument itself. During the pre-purchase phase, the manufacturer also said that they were recommended by a design institute, and they had thorough discussions with the institute; as a result, they are familiar with all the various parameters and measurement points of the samples to be tested.
