Issues regarding the design of the SIS system

Currently, the company is planning to install SIS systems on its existing installations, and it has encountered the following issues. The installations are located at considerable distances from one another, so it is planned to install one Siemens PLC, of the S7-300F series, in each installation. PHA and SIL classification have been completed, as well as SIL verification. 1. Use a PLC to fulfill the functions of the SIS; is it necessary to add a touch screen? Are there any **standard requirements that mandate its use? Which is better, a touch screen or a computer, in terms of price and stability? 2. Is it appropriate to have a centralized monitoring center for the communication among the PLCs of over 10 devices? If so, how can this be achieved? Does it meet the requirements of relevant standards and specifications? 3. What is the price of Siemens touchscreens? Recommend suitable touchscreen brands. Thank you first: handshake!
