The load cell is one of the important components in weighing instruments, directly affecting the accuracy of weight measurement. Weighing instruments are primarily used for ingredient proportioning in industrial production processes as well as in trade transactions involving the inflow and outflow of materials. As long as the operating environment meets the requirements of the load cell, its variation is extremely small; it is sufficient to perform individual calibration or verification on a testing machine whenever conditions permit. This is also an item for random inspection of the purchased equipment as part of its daily maintenance. During routine maintenance, it is only necessary to calibrate the entire weighing instrument or have it inspected by the Technical Supervision Bureau (in cases where the facility does not have the necessary capabilities). Generally, several load cells operate simultaneously; the flatness of the weighing platform, the voltage changes of these cells, and the setting of the instrument constants all affect the accuracy of the scale’s weight measurements. Therefore, only the entire weighing instrument is calibrated; for newly purchased load cells, only random inspections are conducted, or no inspections are carried out at all (due to lack of resources)

Our factory conducts a thorough inspection of the weighing equipment used in trading (floor scales) once a year, and checks those on the packaging line every quarter; however, individual sensors have not been calibrated.
