Are there any issues with the installation of these flow meters in the pictures? I would appreciate some advice from experts, thank you
The problem is serious – is the traffic data accurate?
It’s not necessary to do it this way just to fill the pipe completely. The mass flow meter at the front can be installed that way, but vortex and electromagnetic flow meters definitely require straight pipe sections. Additionally, your workplace is too dirty; without proper protection in such conditions, it’s not possible to use the flow meters properly, and they also cannot be connected directly to the valve
A straight pipe section is required before and after the elbow flow meter, but no such straight pipe section is available on site.
The on-site conditions are really poor; flow meters require straight pipe sections. Refer to GB 50093-2013, the Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automation Instrumentation Projects.
The site may have low-temperature media, it’s a bit dirty, and it would be necessary to take care of the hygiene there.

There is no problem with the mass flow meter; both vortex flow meters and electromagnetic flow meters require straight pipe sections. The cable connecting the mass flow meter should run downward, which makes it easy for water to enter. Additionally, a cable sealing joint should be used between your explosion-proof hose and the meter, and the piping should be positioned below the wiring connections. We install tees at the lowest points of our cable conduits to facilitate drainage.
