Is there significant vibration at the site, causing the instrument terminals to loosen frequently?

The compressor experiences significant vibration at the installation site; after operating for a while, the temperature-related wiring terminals become loose, especially those on the motor side. This problem occurs quite frequently. I was wondering if any members of this forum have encountered such an issue? How to handle it? Is there a one-time solution?
Just add some fixing glue when securing the terminals
Buy leads for connection; there’s no need for terminal blocks, as the leads can go straight to the junction box
1. Add spring washers to the terminal blocks to reduce the impact of vibrations. 2. Lead the wires inside the terminal blocks out and twist them together. 3. Lead the wires inside the terminal blocks out and weld them. 4. Seal the terminal blocks with glue (this makes maintenance difficult later on).

I think that after tightening the wire, applying some soft glue to the connection terminals would make it almost a \"one-time solution\".~~~ Note that it’s not hard, solid glue – it’s soft glue that’s applied. . . . I don’t know what ‘soft’ means;; ask your female supervisor and you’ll get an answer. . . :P Also, if you’re handy, you can put a little bit of soft glue in the screw holes – just a tiny amount, exactly enough. This requires some skill, by the way. Then you can tighten the screws with the wire, and that will greatly improve their resistance to vibrations. It’s basically a solution that lasts forever. Moreover, if you want to learn how to choose glue, how to use it, and how to remove or replace it – in other words, if you want to master this \"skill,\" then you’d better pay me some tuition, right?
